BridgeBee Global provides market entry strategy, e-commerce infrastructure, localization, logistics, demand generation, and compliance support for Japanese consumer brands expanding overseas. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

BridgeBee Globalは、海外展開を目指す日本の消費者ブランド向けに、市場参入戦略、ECインフラ、ローカライゼーション、物流、需要創出、コンプライアンス支援を提供します。個別の取引は別途書面による契約に従い、本規約と矛盾する場合は当該契約が優先されます。

You agree not to: use the Services for unlawful purposes; interfere with or disrupt the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or submit false, misleading, or infringing information.

お客様は、違法な目的での利用、本サービスの運営の妨害、システムへの不正アクセスの試み、虚偽・誤解を招く・権利を侵害する情報の送信を行わないものとします。

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and guides, is owned by or licensed to BridgeBee Global and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
